This policy explains how Inaya LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating as Inaya Advisory ("Inaya Advisory", "we", "us"), collects and uses personal information through inayaadvisory.com and in the course of our business. Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to respond to an enquiry and to assess whether we can act on a mandate.
- Information you give us when you book a consultation or contact us: your name, firm, business email address, title, the size and timeline of your raise, the time you select for a call and anything you choose to write to us.
- Information exchanged in the course of a conversation or an engagement, including materials you share with us about a raise or a transaction.
- Technical information that our hosting provider records when any website is visited, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use it only to operate and secure the site.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and we do not set cookies. Your browser may keep information in its own cache to load the site faster; we do not use it to identify you.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and to schedule and hold the call you requested.
- To assess whether a mandate fits our services and to prepare for a conversation with you.
- To perform an engagement once it is agreed in writing.
- To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations, including those that apply to securities activity conducted through our broker-dealer.
Where the law of your jurisdiction requires a legal basis, we rely on your request to us, on the performance of an agreement with you, on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our business, and on compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers who process it on our behalf, including Vercel (website hosting), Formspree (delivery of form submissions to our inbox), Cal.com (call scheduling) and Google Workspace (email and documents).
- Finalis Securities LLC, our broker-dealer, where a matter involves securities activity or where its supervisory and record-keeping obligations require it.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires disclosure.
- Prospective investors or counterparties, only with your agreement and in connection with an engagement.
International transfers
We and our service providers operate in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from the law of your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our service providers.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above. Communications and records connected with securities activity are kept for the periods that applicable regulation requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. To make a request, write to capital@inayaadvisory.com. We will respond within the period the applicable law sets, and we may need to verify your identity first. Some information must be kept to meet legal obligations. If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you may also complain to that authority.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections to this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
