Anas Ansar
Managing Partner
Anas Ansar is Managing Partner of Inaya Advisory. He runs our mandates day to day, from the first review of a raise to its final close, and signs each engagement for the firm.
Anas leads origination and leads senior review with David Hunter. Once a mandate is accepted he directs the deck, the data room and the terms review, then runs the raise in market until the capital is committed.

Leads the development of new mandates with fund managers, sponsors and founders raising equity.
Senior review
Reviews every new situation with David Hunter. The principal has our answer within 48 to 72 hours of that review.
Positioning and materials
Directs the deck, the data room and the terms review before any investor sees the raise.
Execution
Runs the raise in market, through investor meetings and diligence questions to each close.
Engagement
Sets the scope of each engagement in writing and signs it on the firm's behalf.
